1. Limit of Liability & Pre-existing Conditions
Cleanup Commandos and its squad members exercise utmost care while handling client properties. However, client acknowledges that Cleanup Commandos is NOT responsible or liable for any damage, wear, tear, or structural deterioration resulting from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: worn carpets, delicate or aged wall paint, decaying grout, dry-rotted wood, unstable furniture, or faulty plumbing/fixtures.
2. Delicate, Antique & Valuable Items
Clients are required to secure or put away all high-value items, including jewelry, family heirlooms, rare antiques, fragile art pieces, cash, and sensitive documents prior to dispatch arrival. Client releases Cleanup Commandos from all liability for damage to items that are not secured or are deemed fragile, irreplaceable, or delicate.
3. Junk & Debris Extraction Damage Waiver
During junk, trash, hoarder clutter, or debris extraction operations, crew members may carry heavy, bulky, or sharp objects. Client acknowledges that minor wall scrapes, door frame scuffs, or lawn impressions are standard risks of heavy haulage. Client agrees that Cleanup Commandos is not liable for minor cosmetic damages incurred during the moving or clearing process.
4. Biohazard & Chemical Risks
If extreme hoarder or deep junk extraction involves biohazards, mold, pet waste, or dangerous chemical substances, the crew will utilize specialized gear. Client releases Cleanup Commandos from any liability regarding air quality, mold spores, allergen displacements, or post-cleaning residue risks inherent to such remediation.
5. Indemnification & Agreement to Terms
By checking the agreement box and submitting this dispatch request, client confirms they hold Cleanup Commandos and its operators harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses associated with standard cleanup services provided.
